How To Make Carrot Juice?
- Clean the carrots. Wash carrots under the Use a knife to cut the wide end, leafy part of the plant.

- Serve immediately. The juice begins to react with air and oxidize and lose nutrients. You should try to drink the juice as soon as you make it possible, either at room temperature or over the rice.
